Located in the quaint and historic La Plaza shopping center in downtown Palm Springs is a secluded tranquil cafe known simply as Farm. With a menu inspired from the South of France, Farm uses locally sourced produce, eggs and features house made jams and hot coffee brewed and served in a French Press.
The shaded outdoor seating features rustic yet comfortable tables, linens and an eclectic collection of water glasses and tableware. Inside you may find yourself cozied up to a fireplace or next to a window looking out over the garden-like patio. It’s as if you have been welcomed into someones home for a gourmet cooked meal.
Dinner, on Friday and Saturday nights, offers a prix fixe menu. Generally there will always be a beef, fish, fowl and a vegetarian option. Reservations for Friday and Saturday nights are strongly recommended and can be made through their website farmpalmspring.com or directly on OpenTable.
The portions are generous, always fresh. and very flavorful. I look forward to another visit!
