There is no ice used here, as the banana, avocado and frozen blueberries add a nice thickness
Instructions
Pre-chop the greens before adding to the blender to avoid any large green pieces the blender may not get ( Iike to eat greens not necessarily drink them ). If you have a high powered blender you may be able to skip this step.
Add the chopped greens and the milk to the blender. I do an initial blend to puree the greens.
Then add the flax seed, cacao powder, vanilla, protein powder and quickly blend again. I do this step so the powdered ingredients don't stick to the frozen blueberries.
Lastly, add the blueberries, banana and avocado and blend one more time.
Yes, add the whip cream too..
