- 1 cup greens A mix of spinach and kale work well
- 3/4 to 1 cup frozen blueberries or a frozen pouch of acai Costco has a big bag of individually frozen pouches of acai
- 1/2 half banana - raw or frozen
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 TBSP ground golden flax seed I use Bob's Red Mill
- 1 TBSP cacao powder I use Navitas Cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 to 1 cup milk of choice I usually use either almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides or your favorite protein powder I use Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
There is no ice used here, as the banana, avocado and frozen blueberries add a nice thickness
